If you are transitioning from lifestyle to documentary, but your website only shows and only offers lifestyle work, we recommend you wait to list until your website shows clearly that you offer documentary family photography sessions distinct from lifestyle.
Before applying for membership, please read the Code of Conduct and Professional Standards which all DFP Member Photographers are expected to abide by.

Once you apply and pay the membership / listing fee, you will be sent a form to complete and info package via email explaining how to set up your personal listing page and upload images to your gallery. Your page and gallery will be submitted to the DFP admins for approval before it is published so you will not see changes you make applied immediately.
The process of listing may take up to 10 days from initial application to approve and publish.
Yes, modifications to your listing may be made. You will receive instructions on how to do this once your listing is approved.
